Closure Please note that: • Only members of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the bye-laws of the society. Attendance is mandatory for all Eket based members. Applicable levy will be applied in line with the Society rule - Sitting, Lateness and absent levy to be applied (Sitting – N50, Lateness – N200, Absent –N500). Levies not collected at the event venue will be deducted accordingly • All specific issue/matter to be considered for discussion in the AGM must be in writing and addressed to the secretariat (secretariat.foecoms@frontieroilltd.com copying peter.eteng@frontieroilltd.com ) on or before 31st March, 2017 • Abridged version of the audited report will be presented at the event. The AGM gives members of the Society an opportunity to question the committee members on annual workings of the society and review same in line with the society’s bye-laws and cooperative principles.. We have invited and secured the availability of officers of the Lagos State Cooperative Directorate to be part of the AGM. They will assist in providing more perspective to issues and questions that might arise during the meeting.
